Pregnancy and woman

Motherhood is a unique psychological journey for every woman. Great joys but also huge changes, which can raise anxiety, fears and insecurities in the mother and the father.

About Counseling & Psychotherapy

Counseling and psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of treatments. In very general terms, counseling usually refers to short-term support for those experiencing a particular difficulty, while psychotherapy refers to longer-term, deeper psychological experience around difficulties that may be long-standing. “Therapist” is a term used to refer to counselors and psychotherapists.

Both take place when a therapist sees a client in a private and confidential setting to explore a difficulty they may be facing, distress they may be experiencing, or a general sense of dissatisfaction, loss of direction or purpose in life. Therapists do not judge, give advice, or direct their clients to take a particular course of action. Their role is to help the patient, in a safe environment, to explore issues and through the use of therapeutic principles, structure and techniques, to find direction or purpose in his life, to overcome difficulties, to create changes, to strengthen himself emotionally and mentally . To feel well-being for dealing with psychological problems. The motivation to provide counseling or psychotherapy therefore always needs to come from the client.
